Ti va di correre, conoscere gente nuova e passare un po’ di tempo insieme? EVENTO GRATUITO Ci troviamo per una corsetta easy, non serve essere allenati e non importa il ritmo: ognuno corre come si sente vicino al biondo Tevere 💪 Facciamo un po’ di riscaldamento e stretching pre/post e, alla fine, una bevuta insieme o solo due chiacchiere e un po’ di relax. Partiamo insieme e si formano naturalmente gruppi a diverse andature, facciamo un percorso andata e ritorno su un bellissimo tratto del Lungo Tevere per poi ritrovarci tutti al punto di partenza.
